What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We receive an estimate inquiry.
2. We contact customer and ask questions about their project. Answer any questions or concerns.
3. We schedule an estimate day and time.
4. Come out and meet with the customer on-site.
5. Prepare estimate.
6. Send estimate to customer via e-mail.
7. Follow-up with customer within 24 to 48 hours and answer and additional questions or concerns.
8. If estimate is approved we will schedule project comence date and underground line locator.
9. Crew will begin work and once completed we will through with customer for satisfaction guarantee.
It is our protocal to keep good communication with our customers during the project.
