What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Educating them on how the service works and breakdown on the process of which insect populations will decrease. We don't have a cookie cutter service. You the client are paying for our expert to know what your property needs and treat it accordingly. If a strange bug is found we encourage a photo is sent by text to us. We want interaction with our customers hence the name "team".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
16 years of experience and training. I get retrained every year. We make sure to get 30 to 50 hours of retraining per employee and myself to stay upto date on all the latest products and insects and ways to properly control them and to safely contain natural environments without harming good insects while controling the harmful ones.

All orices are based on the needs of the home and home sizes and yard sizes and. We price the home according to the needs of the customer. All houses are different and yard sizes differ so we based the costs on amount of product needed to complete service accurately.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with and still work with Residential, Commercial, and Industrial customers. I am trained in all areas.
