He did what he was supposed to do with the unit I have. Unfortunately, shortly after he left it stopped working. He did advise it would potentially happen due to the age of the unit and the freon is no longer manufactured in the United States. I would have to replace to unit and would run about 5000$... Not a pill I want to swallow but it needs to be replaced. There's no need can't keep repairing it would be a waste of time and money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer would call our office, schedule a service call according to their schedule, expect a call from the office or the tech when he is in route to the property, the tech will diagnose problem and give different options for solution.

All our techs/installers are EPA, Nate, and State certified.

How did you get started in this business?
I worked with my father when I was 9 years old in the Hvac industry. I was his gopher during the summers. Once I completed high school I went to Trade School for 8 hours a day 5 days a week for 2 years while barrtending at night to pay for school and bills. Once I completed school I finished with my universal EPA LICENSE and NATE certification, 5 years later I got my contractors license and started Frost Brothers heating and air.

Hire a pro not a chuck in a truck!

That's what we are here for to answer any question you have on your Hvac unit, there are no dumb questions. If you don't know then you don't know. We take pride in educating our customers.
