Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Red Wrench Plumbing, we treat all customers equally; special! We make appointments with customers in a timely fashion. We make sure to contact the customer when we are on the way and give an estimated time of arrival. We explain everything that needs to be done and how long it will take. Estimates are given up front.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all the proper education, training and experience, plus more. I have been a plumber for 40 years and have done every type of plumbing from industrial, commercial, new construction and residential.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge by the job, not by the hour. Two main reasons for this are: 1- We know our plumbing and do it fast and efficiently, not dragging it on to get more hours in. 2- You know ahead of time what the cost will be, unless there is a major problem discovered along the way.
How did you get started in this business?
Father owned a plumbing company in Kentucky.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Customers from all walks of life.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A friend 's grandchild was cleared of a deadly cancer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Never hire someone without a state issued plumber's license. Only a master plumber may own a company. Ask for their license card and proof of liability insurance.
