What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Establish the problem, find the solution that is best for the customer. Schedule a time that works for the customer, and follow up to make sure the problem has been solved.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

General pest control - $85/plus tax.

(Basic spray consists of spraying inside and outside.)Targets pests include: American cockroaches, ants, spiders, silverfish, crickets, earwigs, wasps.

German roaches and carpenter ants $95/ plus tax

Bed bugs, fleas, and termites- call for pricing.

Military - 10% discount

Senior Citizen - 10% discount

First responders - 10% discount 


How did you get started in this business?

Referred from friends. I was in the food industry working crazy hours and they had stable hours. As a single father I needed the stable hours to be able to care for my son.

Look for honest answers, and don't trust someone that can't tell you about the product they are using

Where are you seeing the problem?

How are the bugs getting in?

Have I done anything out of the normal that has caused this problem?

Is there anything abnormal causing this problem?
