Caleb has great communication skills and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. He arrived on time, was very professional and he actually listened. He did a walk through and immediately picked up on some huge concerns and explained everything to me in detail. I dont know anything about any of this and the process and Caleb patiently made sure I was fully informed.
