We have been providing logistics and moving to our customers since 2005. We are a proud member of BBB (Better Business Bureau) and IAM (International Movers Association). We offer local, long distance and internation moving. Customers satisfaction is very important to us which is why we are very picky with our movers and make sure that they get the job done right!
Moving is a stressful event from all angles. We at SFL want to make things simple and easier for our customers to ease that stress. Nothing gives us more joy than a returning customer or a referral which means we did the job right the first time! This encourages us to do better everytime. This is what we enjoy about our jobs. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process of working with a new customer is to fully understand their moving requirement. We try to keep things simple because it can get complicated. Is it just a few boxes or a whole home or apartment? Do you need packing services or any packing materials? etc. Once these questions have been answered a quotation will be given either over the phone or in an email based on customer preference. We then create an order on our website for customers to see and make changes if they need to. A phone call will be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled move date to confirm. And thats pretty much it.
