About
Unfortunately these days, it seems like everyone has forgotten how to take pride in their work. I was raised with the 'old school' mentality to have pride in whatever you do....painting a house, building a deck, cooking, sweeping the floor, even cleaning a toilet....REGARDLESS of whatever task it may be, small or large...at the end of the day, you should be able to stand back and say, ' yup, I did that.' ALWAYS have high standards and whatever 'HIGH EXPECTATIONS' others may have for you, yours should ALWAYS be higher. We should all strive to be the best at anything and everything we put our efforts into, because....well....good enough should never be good enough and remember, 2nd place is first place loser. If you aren't the best at something you engage in....admit it....but dont back down until you have mastered it. We can ALL learn something new everyday from different perspectives, but you have to be able to shut your mouth and open up your ears and mind to something new.
I handle my business with this roadmap or philosophy to achieve great results in my work and to help develop the ability in others to always exceed expectations.
Above all, the reason I very much enjoy my work is that with every client I have the privelidge to work for, I can always make a positive impact in their lives with whatever task they may need addressed. I like being the so called 'hero of the day.' Having such a broad amount of skills, my work never gets old or boring to me because just about every day I face new challenges which aid me in gaining insight and expanding my skill sets. We all learn something NEW everyday, and with an open mind and different perspectives, we enable ourselves to grow and prosper, and hopefully master whatever it is that we engage in.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon engaging with my clientel, I first like to hear what their concerns and/or tasks might be to get an idea of what will be required to eliminate their worries. Also hearing them describe what the issues are in their own words allows me to understand from their perspective how serious or urgent their requests are to them. Understanding the issues presented to me allows me to either set their minds at ease or to proceed with a sense of urgency to alleviate problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been intrigued by what makes things work since around the age of 12. I have been repairing, restoring, dismantling, and assembling since then and every chance I get. I like knowing that my experiences and acquired abilities allow me the privilege to help almost everyone and make a posiitive impact in the lives of others. You could say I am like a super hero, here to benefit others and save the day....just without the cape....sometimes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Having been in the Handyman industry for about 10years, Ive worked with a few different organizations and know exactly how to stay competative with market pricing. Being fair priced based on the complexity and demands of a work order and high quality results are the backbone for building relationships with loyal clientel. Ive never agreed with an hourly rate in my line of work, because in most cases, its just not practical. If you offer $25 an hr to someone to change out a couple of lightbulbs, well anyone would expect to pay a fraction of that for a completed job. But on the other hand, they could come back 4 hrs later expecting $100 bucks because they werent told NOT to use chopsticks to do the job. You cant call BS on ignorance. Honesty and integrity come standard when im engaged in a service for a client, because despite how nasty and negative things can be made to look by any service tech...bull$hi+ is ALWAYS transparent. Remember, if you think you are too savvy to believe a tall tale, dont insult your client and expect them to.
