Grady B Services
I really enjoy being able to bring a service to those who have that thing that they have been wanting to do around the house but have not had the time or are just not able to do at a price that they can afford.
My customer satisfaction is always on point because I do exactly what the customer wants. The parameters of the job to be done are laid out by the customer and the plan is followed to a T. And I dont get paid until the job is done and the customer is satisfied. And I will never begin or say I can do a job that i cannot or don't know how to do.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer to see what it is they want done then make suggestions based on my experience and abilities. Then we come to an agreement. And I am never slow to tell the customer if I cant or dont know how to do a particular task. After all, Customer Satisfaction is at the top of my to do list.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a universally certified EPA and NATE ready to work certified HVACR technician. With that comes electrical and plumbing since a lot of that comes hand and hand. I have also worked in the building and apartment maintenance field for 30 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I check the Homeguide suggestions and stay on the low side of the range. For instance. The Homeguide suggestion for replacing a kitchen sink is between 230 dollars and 650 dollars ( installation only ) I might charge 300.
