How did you get started in this business?
Straight out of high school...I started as a helper and learned on the job.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly residential home owners.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I'm fond of almost all of our jobs. We like to fix things and take the worry from the customer when they are without facilities.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are licensed and insured for the type of work you're having performed. Don't let a guy in an unmarked pickup truck do work in your home. Use a pro!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Could this potentially cause damage to my home, family, or neighbors?
Can this be repaired or should it be replaced?
How old is it? How long should it last?
Why am I having this problem?
