What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every technician is fully licensed with the required Class B Private Security Program. Every technician is fully trained to work in the residential sector to perform rekeying, safe cracking, lockouts, and more. We have worked with property owners that rent out homes and condos, office managers rekeying their locks, church administrators increasing their security, restaurants that have experienced break-ins, and much more.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the pro you are contacting has the appropriate credentials: a B License and Insurance.
A responsible locksmith will ask you for proof of ownership for any rental properties, vehicles, homes, or anything else applicable.
Do not call a 1-800 number for these are scams and many of the "locksmiths" they employ have little to no experience, charging you money for a botched job.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Please have all the details ready. For example, if you need a car key, the technician will need the make, year, and model. For a commercial lock, the technician will need to know what type of lock such as Schlage, et cetera.
