We have been servicing the Houston area since 1974 & are family owned & operated with three generations of our family. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for new customer's is the same as with existing customers. Some of our customers are set up with credit accounts with 30 day terms & others are on a COD basis. We typically offer same day serivice for emergencies & 1-2 day turn around time on most everything else.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of technicians are State licensed & are required to have a number of continuing education credits yearly to maintain their license. We also have some technicians that are certified to do specialized service such as access control, CCTV, alarm systems installation & service, door work & safe opening & service.
