What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I would ask what is needed. Then I would have to come out for an onsite visit. Once I'm there do a walk about to determine what exactly is needed for me to complete the job to perfection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school graduate, some college, lots of ongoing locksmith courses. Locksmith is a continuing educational business.
