Meet with the costumer do a walk through on the job take written notes then go over those note with a costumer to make sure everything is well understood then we will talk numbers within both of our range

Never go with the first bid cause high prices don't mean great service an cheap prices don't mean bad work a growing company might or will go cheap because they want to show their skills
