What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak briefly on the phone about project. Setup an appointment to go to the clients house to view area for construction, take measurements and receive plat or survey plan from the client to design drawing to scale.

Every project is different. So standard pricing does not apply. All of my swimming pools start @$25,000.00

Many years ago when l first started swimming, little did l know that later in life it would benefit me in starting my own business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find out about their customer service and quality of work. I would also advise clients to do a little research to make sure that they company is an honest and legitimate.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Budget,how soon they would like to get the project started. When requesting a quote l ask the customers to respond to your pros and let them know if you are interested or not after posting project just out of courtesy.
