Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We had a couple move down from New Jersey. They didnt know what they wanted but had a visual in there head. The wife was 5ft & the small boy was in a wheelchair. We raised the bottom there pool to 5ft for his wife & added a tanning ledge with a water feature for their small son. The best part of this is it took me 2 weeks to convince them the tanning ledge will make a difference in their sons swimming time. The first day he got to go swimming he never left the tanning ledge. With out support he sat there for 2 hours and laughed and played the whole time. This was great to me. A child that never gets freedom from his wheelchair, got freedom for the first time in a pool that we remodeled for his parents. This is why i love building pools for people. I want them to feel that they have something new and worth it in their lives.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be careful. There are alot of companies out there that are just looking for the buck.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
All of them. There is never a dumb question when your spending over $40,000
