What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer to see what design ideas they have and create a rendering around thier concept.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been servicing pools for a number of years. I still continue to go to every continued education class for both Pentair and Hayward equipment to stay on top of the latest and greatest equipment on the market and the benefits to my customers.
