About
Bruce's Home INspection Company has been serving the greater Houston area from Porter to Pearland, Katy to Kingwood, for the past 37 yeas. I do inspections seven days a week. Talking to other inspectors, they all seem to think their number 1. I guess that makes me number 2, which I don't mind as long as I can be of service to you with your next home purchase. Home inspections are the fun you can have with your cloths on. There's so much to see and learn abou the house, I like the client to be present for the whole inspection. Call today, let's get this done.
I enjoy the educational part of the inspection process. I don't care how many homes the cleint has purchased in the past, there's always something about the new home that they can learn. Some clients are well versed in home buying, maintenance, current codes that they teach me something. I dont't know all the answeres, I do know where to get them and I'm willing to tell the client, " I don't know, but I'll get the answer before the report is sent out."

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many times things come up that are new to the client, like Post Tension Slabs, GFCI devices, bonding at CSST gas line, fire protection between the house and the attached garage, etc. One more reason why the client should be present for the total inspection, and not show up at the end or not attend at all (never figured that one out).
I'm a member of Texas Professional Real Estate Home Inspectors (TPREIA) for one major reason.....Education. What this means to the clinet, a knowledgeable, trained, licensed inspector is walking you through the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 37 years of study, testing, and experience to every inspection.
