What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
People contact us when they need a home inspection. We inspect the home and provide a written report with pictures and notes of the items that need repair. The client then finds contractors and gets an idea of what these items would cost or negotiates discounts or concessions with the sellers of the home or property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home inspection training, termite inspection training, septic inspection training, thermal imaging training, 203K training and experience, construction training, multiple courses related to home inspections and building sciences.

Find out the square foot size of the home, how old it was, determine what kind of foundation it has, and whether any additional inspections are required, such as a termite inspection, pool inspection, well water testing, septic system inspection, etc.
