What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Polite & professional, very dilligent in getting the details understood between both parties to ensure a successful project and the ultimate in customer satisfaction. We take all safety seriously and abide by the CDC guidelines. Once the award occurs it is time to work on developing the best relationship for a positive outcome and providing the scope of work in detail to solidify the contract agreements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years as a Mechanical engineer with electrical and structural and project management background working on major construction projects for multi-billion dollar global clients.

Pricing ranges dramatically on projects. Unit pricing is being worked on so hopefully we will have in the near future.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been working on refurnishing flood homes in the Houston area for sometime with another contractor and expanded into business for our own at Lonestar Home Solutions.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our projects range from handyman, minor projects like move some fencing, add fencing, remove patio stones, landscape design and planting to outdoor kitchens, porches and pool and landscaping and even restaurant work whereby we just did a major indoor revenovation with seating and new flow, as well kitchen buildout with new shelves, sinks, storage.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The satisfaction and gratitude of the restaurant owner after a recent renovation for a job well done.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Seek a pro with good integrity and professionalism and one that informs the customer of their capability.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
A major one is will any demolition be required to do the project? Is there enough space for the project within set backs? Has they fully defined what they want and thought it through what is the desired end result? Do they have enough funding to ensure completion?
