Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We utilize GHBA agreements which allow for both the owner and company to have a fair level working relationship. Once we agree upon a price and a scope of work, all of the documentation is sent to the homeowner. Work begins typically within three business days and we are very strict on our timelines. Our goal is to get you back to normal as soon as possible.

We have been in construction for over 20 years. We have extensive knowledge in electrical plumbing structural and Building codes in Texas.
Our trades are licensed, college educated, trade school educated and background checked.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each job will be uniquely. We do not believe in a standard pricing system. Depending on the job we will come up with a custom pricing model for Our clients needs.
How did you get started in this business?
Our initial introduction into building was through technology-based SP applications. From there we moved into the marketing. There came a point where our extensive knowledge of the market became so precise that we decided to extend our expertise to the Residential & Commercial markets.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with anyone. From the $500 job to the $5 million job. We enjoy working and helping people no matter the profit. Our goal is to provide the best quality work for the best price.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Just recently we were able to help a number of Houstonians we build our homes after Harvey. We were very empathetic to the destruction and feelings of our customers. We have also worked with the HUD program to help better the lives of many Houstonians who otherwise could not afford to do so.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be patient. Quality takes time. Interview your pro and make sure that they cannot only do the job you want but that there is synergy in your personalities. Even a job that goes well it's not fun when you do not get along with your contractor.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You should always obviously ask Price but you should receive a very detailed quote outlining what you were going to receive for that price. It is important to make sure that you go through the scope of work multiple times as to not miss anything and sign off on the progress throughout the project.
always ask if your contractor is insured. They should carry no less than $1 million in liability insurance.
Always ask what their workload is at the present time. Do you want to make sure that they can perform your project in the time you need it.
