What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Discovery Call: Let's make sure we're talking apples to apples in our ability to perform what you're looking for, and the price feasibility of what you want done. Does it make sense? Let's get an initial design done.
2) $150 Design Consultation: 2D Layout of the existing space and how you want it to be changed will be reflected. Then we create a Moodboard based on your tastes and a few answered questions.
3) Design Presentation: Now time to schedule a time to discuss our design and what it'll cost. We'll build your bid right then and there and talk about financing if you need it. Love our initial ideas? Let's plan it out on paper! 3D time :)
4) Design Process: $2/sqft, non refundable. Product/Selection List is produced along with 3D layouts for you to use. This still doesn't obligate you to use us for construction, but it is required to give you an accurate bid. 3D Includes: Elevations for Cabinets, Tile, Custom Carpentry, Trim Electrical, Trim Plumbing, and exterior if applicable. Yes we do.
Bathrooms: We've done $5k bathrooms, and we've done $50k bathrooms. We're actually working on an $86k bathroom!
Kitchens: We've done $10k kitchens, and we've done $100k kitchens.
Full house remodeling: Full scopes usually are between $50k-$250k, but we've bid $400k mansions. Your scope and materials dictate your final price!
How did you get started in this business?
I have always had a passion for being creative and watched a ton of HGTV and wanted to be like the flippers. Here I am :)

Our latest $225,000 Memorial Rehab was intensive, but it was worth it all! Our client was ecstatic to move in to their forever home, and could really appreciate the design process.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get it in writing. Plan out your project thoroughly.
