About
A few things that stand out as far as my appraisal business is , I am a native Houstonian born here in 1962 and have been a Real Estate Appraiser and Agent/Broker for nearly 30 years here in the Houston area. My mother is a Real Estate Broker and my father is a builder in the Houston and surrounding area. I helped my mom in Real Estate and at the age of 10 my father had me on the job site every summer so, Real Estate is in my blood so to speak. I am a General Certified Appraiser which means I perform appraisals on any time of commercial or residential property. I graduated from UofH with a degree in business administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. As far as residential appraisal, my specialties are new construction and relocation appraisals. My "coverage" area's are the counties surrounding Houston known as; Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Galveston, Waller and Brazoria. I specialize in the surrounding Houston areas known as Galveston, Crystal Beach, Spring Branch, Memorial, Katy, Spring and The Woodlands. My favorite hobby is fishing either in the bays of Galveston or offshore off the Texas Coast.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I identify myself and then explain the time frame and process to complete viewing of the real estate, which first includes taking photo's of the real estate and then hand measuring the real estate with a laser and measuring tape, which typically takes 30 minutes. Then I explain the appraisal process performed at the office to complete the appraisal, which typically takes 2 hours.
