Cory and his crew are amazing and friendly. They were on time everyday and worked pretty much none stop in this heat. Plus i will mot mention his name but one was very entertaining with his singing while he works. Lol. The job took a week and 2 days. Week for back deck and 2 days for repairs on 14 year cedar front porch. Front porch consisted of removing all bad cedar boards and replacing with new stairs, railings, closing in the gable and replacing the large cedar beam. Went back with douglas fir and it looks wonderful. He wasn't the cheapest of the estimates we recieved but we liked his personality and his quick responsiveness during the estimating process. If he or his crew saw an issue they immediately told us and then afterwards they cleaned up and hauled away the trash. You will not be disappointed if you hire Cory and his crew.

Best part of working with CS Total Home Care, Craigh Sweeney, was the professionalism in the way he completed the work always recapping what had been done as well as making sure we were aware what was coming up. He finished within the time he said and the work was nicely done. Definitely will use him again

From the moment they showed up they were ready to work. They did such an amazing job with our patio! It looks new again. They were also very careful with our patio furniture and everything else in the surrounding. Def left us super happy with the finished result and we would recommend ZTX Pressure Washing to anyone!
