Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing a quote, you can either send us pictures/video or we can come out to the home so that we can get a better understanding of what needs to be done and answer any questions that you may have.
You pick a date and time of when you would like us to come out and complete the work. We have very flexible hours.
*Same day start may be available
We come out at the confirmed time and complete the work.
Once the work has been completed, we take payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+years of experience in doing installs and assemblies for many large retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Wayfair, Toys/Babies R Us as well as working full time in home remodeling.
How did you get started in this business?
I initially started going to school at Lincoln Tech because I like working with my hands. During that time I was working and going to school. This work has been very rewarding for me because it’s in high demand.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say that when you’re going to get something done to your home, not to go with someone just because they’re charging the least. Create a budget and when you find someone experienced and reputable, having that conversation might even get them to offer some type of discount or offer advice on ways you can save.
