However, Jim from Plumb Masters was able to address my water heated problem very quickly. He was able to come over the same day as I first contacted him. He arrived at about 6 on a Friday afternoon to disassemble the heater and clear out some drywall that had gotten soaked. We let the area dry overnight and he was back early the next day to finish the installation, which included filling in the exposed walls with cement boards. I am very pleased with the quality and speed of the work that Plumb Masters was able to do for me. " Read more

Alec was great: kept me informed about his ETA, showed up when he said he would, very personable and professional. Obviously "knows his stuff!" Did an excellent job of fixing our broken water pipe, showed us the break and explained what our situation was and what it could be going forward with the Quest pipe that was used when the home was built, made recommendations for future replacement. He did an excellent job of cleaning up and replacing the sod that had been removed for the fix. We were extremely happy that we chose him for our repair and will definitely use him again. Highly recommend him.
