Normally the client contact us through one of our search providers, lead providers, one of our office staff members called the client to get all contact information and all pertinent information about project and at that point we give them an estimated cost. We then send out a technician to perform service and he will do a full walkthrough and either verify the estimation cost or explain thoroughly to the client the final cost
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have been back ground check or verify as much information as possible as to their qualifications they are then sent out with our senior technician for several months until confirmed that they are able to facilitate projects with minimal supervision and meet all of our safety standards quality control standards and client relations standards. At that point we began assigning them jobs to perform by themselves and we increase the magnitude of the job as time goes and they are hitting the mark every time
