Generally, a new customer is cautious of hiring someone to work on their plumbing. We've all heard stories and experienced some pretty bad situations ourselves. So, by default, the new client SHOULD get a bit more time spent and explanation of their plumbing issues than a client who has hired me for years. I want a person who calls Lighthouse Plumbing for the first time to never call anyone else for their repairs. Once you know you can trust a person, encounters with that person become easier is what I mean. I want to instill in you that trust.
