About this pro

First is cost: I believe in making a living, but not in the "get all you can get and get out" attitude. Making repairs affordable is very possible, contrary to popular belief. Second is quality: the job or project is not finished until the customer is satisfied. Third is timeliness: I can respond with same-day service in most cases.

At Lighthouse Plumbing, we are out to break the service industry mold by putting customer satisfaction before our profit margin! If the job's not done right, done to the customer satisfaction, and done at a cost that they can afford, then we haven't done our job

Lighthouse Plumbing is owned by a plumber who, starting out his Apprenticeship in 1993, has become proficient in all different kinds of plumbing and plumbing materials. Lighthouse Plumbing employees are kept up to date with all the new plumbing materials, methods, and codes as they come out, ensuring that your home will not be substandard.

Licensed with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners in 1998, voted "Best Drain Cleaner in Keller" and "1st in Customer Service in 2015", and "Top Pro of 2017" by Thumbtack, the owner knows the importance of quality and consistency in the plumbing business.

With 25 years in the industry and experience in all facets plumbing construction including new construction, residential, and commercial; repair, remodels, and installations - whatever you need - Lighthouse Plumbing is there to help.

Successfully completing my work, and conversing with customers. Whenever I leave a customer's home, they are happy. I am not doing this for money or for me, I am doing this for my customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Generally, a new customer is cautious of hiring someone to work on their plumbing. We've all heard stories and experienced some pretty bad situations ourselves. So, by default, the new client SHOULD get a bit more time spent and explanation of their plumbing issues than a client who has hired me for years. I want a person who calls Lighthouse Plumbing for the first time to never call anyone else for their repairs. Once you know you can trust a person, encounters with that person become easier is what I mean. I want to instill in you that trust.
