What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be on time, professional. Explain every option, once the problem is found anđ diagnosed. make sure the customer fully understands what is going anđ anđ needs to be done. Answer all questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ben in or around plbg since i was 13. I'm coming up on my 49th birthday. So that makes it sound 36 years of plbg anđ remodeling experience. Was a union plumber for 8 years. Went to plumbers anđ pipefitters trade school from 1990-1995. Can do both commercial and residential repair anđ new construction. This is my craft, not just my job! This is what I do. Thank you.

Normally a service call is 75. Included diagnosis anđ solution.
How did you get started in this business?
My best friends dad was an old union plumber. I started digging ditches anđ fetching tools. I was privileged and blessed to work anđ learn from such a respected, honest and hard working man. He taught me value, anđ respect.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all sorts of people from doctors to politicians anđ even a couple scientists. Each person is treated with respect anđ courtesy. We are all in this together.
