What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be on time, be professional. Explain every option, once the problem is found and diagnosed. Make sure the customer fully understands what is going on and what needs to be done. Answer all questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ben in or around the plumbing trade since age 13. I'm 50 now, so that makes about 37 years of plumbing and remodeling experience. Was a union plumber for 8 years. Went to plumbers and pipe fitters trade school from 1990-1995. Can do commercial or residential repair along with new construction. This is my craft, not just my job! This is what I do!

How did you get started in this business?
My best friends dad was a union plumber. I started by digging ditches and fetching tools. I was privileged and blessed to work and apprentice from such a respected,honest and hard working man. He taught me value and respect.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all sorts of people. From house wife's to doctors even scientists. Each person is treated with respect and courtesy. We are all in this together.
