Owner Troy Hoover knows that firsthand. As a teenager, he experienced homelessness and faced circumstances that could have easily changed the direction of his life. Instead, those experiences strengthened his determination to work hard, build a better future, and create a life he could be proud of.

In 2018, Troy found his path in the plumbing industry. What started as a career became a passion for helping people, solving problems, and building something of his own. Over the years, that passion grew into Hoover's Rooters.

The goal is bigger than dependable plumbing and drain cleaning. As Hoover's Rooters grows, Troy wants the company to create opportunities for his family, future employees, and others who may be looking for a chance to change the direction of their lives.
