What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet in person and give our customers a free home inspection so that we may identify their needs and point out possible situations they weren't aware of as well as give their initial reason for reaching out the attention it deserves.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified applicators, which means we hold the highest license the Texas Department of Agriculture provides. We have worked for one of the largest pest companies in the world and trained under the best. We can solve your problems efficiently and honestly

When it comes to general pest control it depends on the size of the home and the severity of the infestation. But after initial service the regular maintenance service runs approximately $35-40 a month on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis.
Termite eradication or protection depends on the linear footage of your home. But we warranty ALL of our work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My partner and I have always liked to provide excellent service in all of endeavors. But the ability to be outside and provide a meaningful service to the community brought us to pest control business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. In our career we have worked with both large and small commercial companies as well asresidential customers of all stripes. Our customer service and excellence of method don't change based on the customer...everyone deserves the best!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently we rid a gentleman's lake house of Argentine ants that had infested his pool area. We needed to return 3 times to rid them of these tough little buggers, but we did so for the same one time price he initially paid. Alot of exterminators will brag about a "one and done fix" but in reality it takes a few trips to rid your home of these complicated pests we see on a daily basis. We will come out as many times as it takes to get the job done for one fixed price.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Vet them well. Ask if they will charge for return trips and when it comes to termite and rodent exclusion, what type of warranty do they provide.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
They should figure out if they want their job done cheap or done right. Ask questions and go with your gut when it comes to the relationship you are starting.
