What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a $75 diagnostic fee waived with repair. We come to house and give you a quote based on parts and labor and work with the customer to come to a price we both agree on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in appliance repair from the master samurai tech academy, over 6 1/2 years field experience. A business degree and epa certification. We are five star rated on home advisor and I specialize in sealed system refrigeration repair.
