I am a third generation builder, my father was an Architect / Builder. I have been working in the construction building industry more than 40 years. I graduated from an accelerated building program and attended college in Fort Worth. I studied Architecture, electrical, mechanical and civil engineering including estimating, project management, hr management, construction law and business management. 

If we have built the plan previously we have a general price unless we have experienced some recent increases in lumber, electrical, plumbing, Sheetrock, paint and appliances.
