We are a small, family owned and operated company that excells in quality. We don't believe in a "one size fits all" treatment. Each house is unique, each customer is unique. We tailor your treatments to fit your needs. We listen to our customers. We will not "hard sell" services that you don't want or don't need. You will find our honesty refreshing. I have been in business for 20 years and still have many of the customers that that I started with. We're not the company you complan about, we're the company you tell your friends and family about.
Solving problems. Customers frequently tell me that they tried another company before they called me but that the problems never went away. The technician would come and spray and leave a bill on the door but would never ask them what problems they were having. How do you solve a customer's problem if you never ask them what the problem is? We treat you as an individual, We ask you what you're seeing and hearing, We address your concerns. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls, texts, or emails us. We call back and find out what problems they are having and tell them what we can do to solve them. Many customers can be given a price quote over the phone. We set a day and time for a visit with the customer or an inspection of the property. We quote them the price if we have not done so already. We do the job. we warranty the work.
