Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first identify what they are needing, then identify how we can help! If the new customer is needing their A/C problem diagnosed, we will set them up on our schedule for a tech to check it out. Or, if the new customer is interested in getting a quote for a new system, our sales manager will get with them to provide and explain their options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of AMC Services has been doing HVAC work for over 30 years, and for the last 20 years has been building up AMC Services! We have a team of trained and experienced technicians and installers, for both residential and commercial applications. All of our technicians and installers are licensed and registered in the State of Texas.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For Residential customers, our service fee is $69 to come out and diagnose issues with HVAC system, after the service fee, the technician will be able to quote the customer for additional repairs if needed.
For Commercial customers, our trip fee is $69 + $110/hr to diagnose the issues with the HVAC system, and would be able to quote additional repairs if needed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a variety of customers, both residential homes and commercial businesses. As small as installing a new thermostat or as large as installing new RTU's on a newly built facility, and everything in between!
