Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Renown did a remarkable job for me throughout the entire process. In the beginning, they met my adjuster on site and walked through the whole insurance process for me. Jose communicated the intended schedule ahead of time, confirmed the day before the work was scheduled and then actually started on time. We had just recently installed a pretty extensive new landscape and they took extreme care to make sure nothing was damaged - I was very impressed with that. They finished the job beautifully (and on time) and took the extra step of replacing some metal flashing that hadn’t been known to be a problem just because it was the right thing to do. Jose coordinated a final walkthrough that worked with my schedule and made sure I was pleased with the final results. I most certainly was! As a final indication of their dedication to excellence, Jose made a very thorough final pass with a nail magnet in an attempt to pick up any stragglers that weren’t caught on the crew’s final check. Quality and attention to detail are very important to me and they demonstrated throughout the whole process that it is for them as well.

They came out for my hot water heater leaking from the bottom. Due to the age and condition I decided to just replace it. They had it replaced and everything the same day. They have great service and technicians. I will use them again!

Overall experience was very goog. Oscar responded to phone calls and rext messages timely and showed up when he said he would. The contractor that did the project was very knowledgeable and worked diligently to get the job done correctly. Very Pleased!!

White House Construction was a pleasure to work with. The GC Greg was in constant communication with me during the course of my project. The Interior Designer L.A. was so easy to work with and excellent at what she does. Im a very busy mom and wife and she personally brought samples to me to make selections. Explained what materials Would coordinate the best to help me create my bathroom and kitchen that I am thrilled with! Together they are the perfect duo and there team is amazing. They are all very respectful and work very hard until my project was completed.

Alex is friendly and has great customer service. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. He created a 10x10 patio in my backyard and extended the concrete near our ac unit so I could place my trash cans beside it hidden from the road. Thank you again Alex!
