What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First the process is a learning one, from both customer and contractor. 

A potential or existing customer can always expect Professional, knowledgeable and curturious communication with any of our staff members. 

A staff member is available to answer or return their calls or emails with in 2 hours never to exceed 24 hours. 

Our Service Technician or Project Estimators will arrive on time, every time.

The communication process with any client new or existing is one of our most valued assets. Having an open line of communication from our reservation associates to the owner and general manager, JRussell Jones is The number one item in our mission statement. We take personal pride and respect and value our clients and customers as we would our own family. In fact becoming a customer with Jobesco USA,  you become part of our family, for life. We are here to provide each customer and client our 100% dedication to their concerns and needs when it comes to their home and or business properties. Together we will address any and all project or repair situation with guaranteed results physically and financially. Our labor warrantys are among the best in the business, if not the best. Now as to the quote process,  in a nutshell.

The process is relatively simple to begin, however can grow to be quite complex depending on the actual project.  Typically our customers will contact us usually from our website or from a customer referral,  we also maintain a professional association with a few online Building and Remodeling Pro Sites, like, where we will take request from potential customer's who are in need of a professional,  but really don't know who to contact or whom to trust. Jobesco will step in and one of our experienced Project Managers or Senior Project Estimators will contact the client,  talk with him either through email or voice contact over the phone, we will discuss the project or repair situation and determine if we can quote a price over the phone or email. If necessary and many situations are,  we will schedule a convenient time for one of our project estimators or service technician depending on the request, to visit the project site and assess the repair problem or discuss the remodeling or building project. Once we are with the client,  we visit with them to discuss the project or repair,  listen to their concerns and ideas, provide our professional assessment and pricing if applicable, procure the necessary measurements and drawings (aka take-offs ) at the project site,  answer any additional questions or concerns, wrap up and return to the office to begin the quotation portion of the building or remodeling project. Started building, remodeling and repairing homes and apartment communities in 1980. Work for and with some of the areas most prominent residential and commercial builders,  as in Trammel Crow,  Henry S Miller,  Campbell Custom Homes, General Homes, David Weekly Homes, Meritage Homes and others.

Not any one particular pricing method, since each projects has it own identity and issues it's hard to put a price on remodeling, however new home builds start at $95.00 a square foot and increase from there. 

How did you get started in this business?

My families real estate brokerage business and property management business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Depends on the situation, but regarding remodelling, renovations or rehabilitation of a property. Is this for a homestead or investment property? Assume it's your homestead.

1. Is this home a 5 or 10 year home and sell it?  Or is this home it,  for life,  live and die here ?

2. What's my budget?

3. Is it feasible?

4. Will the HOA or City allow it.
