Charles did an excellent job in replacing our broken garage door spring. He was very professional, knowledgeable and prompt in providing the service. Charles was. Great! Turns out that he’s a MARINE too so I ended up standing there the entire process of the repair. It was worse than I thought. He pointed out the problem. I had a broken spring! He explained all the basics of the repair, had everything on his truck he needed & had quoted a fair price! Great guy, great fast work, fair price!

My callback was prompt and I setup an appointment and he also said there would be no charge to look at it. I had another company come out 2 weeks ago and not only did they charge me $50 they told me they wanted $917 to fix my garage door. Charles came over and what a difference, he had on a uniform with his name tag. He was very professional and gave me a bid of $325 for a new garage door opener with 2 remotes and another remote outside of my garage. I highly recommend him, he did a great job installing it, cleaned up everything. He then set up the openers and showed us how to use the one on the outside. It was so refreshing to see someone with integrity, reasonable prices, timely and most of all a caring person. I couldn’t ask for more.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to the problem(s) that the customer is having with the garage door or opener and IF it's something that we can walk them through over the phone to correct the problem then we do so, otherwise we schedule a no obligation appointment to provide an estimate of repair. If the customer would like to move forward based on the estimate then we proceed with the repairs.

Standard price for double car garage 16'x7' $1,400.00 ask about $1,200 installations. 8'x7' Garage Doors $750.00
How did you get started in this business?
Worked for ADT for 5 years and installed a security system for the owner of a garage door company who appreciated my professionalism and he recruited me.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The homeowner was distraught that her garage door was dangling above her car and she was unable to remove her vehicle and was concerned that she would need a new garage door. We were able to reinstall her existing garage and got it to work properly. The homeowner was satisfied with the repair and happy to not need to replace her garage door.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Provide pictures of the damage(s) to your garage if possible.
Expect a "Good Tech" to check BOTH the garage door and opener regardless of which required repair(s).
Inquire as to how long the company has been in business.
Advise customers to do business with uniformed personnel.
Do you feel that the company or their representative is looking to "make a fast buck" OR build upon their reputation as a reputable garage company
