What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call in to JC's Residential your information will be given to the proper Roofing or Remodeling Represenative & they will contact you to set up an estimate appointment as quickly as possible. When it comes to insurance claims we have years of experience, and we will meet with you and the adjuster to help you through the confusing insurance process. As an insured & bonded company we offer many differences compared to most roofers and remodelers. We offer financing and all forms of payment.
