Chill Factor Custom AC was founded in 1995 by Dave Clark. Prior to running his own HVAC company, Dave had experience in plumbing, electrical, and general construction - a well-rounded background that allows him to provide customers with truly honest service. He has gone from toolbag and parts hauler to master HVAC professional who has seen and worked on everything in the industry, making him an expert problem solver for customers throughout Spring, TX and surrounding areas.
