Reasonable pricing. Polite. Just one small thing is that he left a string of lights hanging down side of the house instead of asking to get into the backyard to make it less noticable. Other than that he did what he said he would do.

If possible after a text or phone conversation I preferred to meet with my potential customer . If it is not possible to meet we can work off of photos and descriptions . I provide a personalize service and a reasonable price . I try to work with everyone within their budget .
