What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple, we set an appointment and I collect a few things from you. I'll need a plot plan, septic design and an email address or telephone number of you HOA. We'll talk about the things you would like on you pool and the things you would not. Shape, size and function. Automation, design and leizure. With that information in hand, I'll do a 3D design and we adjust things from there. Tile, plaster color and accessories can all be chosen from my website. You will work directly with me through the whole process.
