What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We bring samples of Carpet or Hardwood Floors to show our customers, then we measure all the area of the project, and we do a FREE estimate in home for the customer.
If the customer agree with everything, we order the material and schedule the installation, as soon is finish a supervisor visit the customer to see all is done and to know the customer satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our personnel have more than 10 years experience installing carpet and hardwood floor, as the same for painters, cabinets installers.
We do verify that our installers receive the training on new products before to do any installation.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The price have many variables, as material to be installed, if its an old construction probably we need to tear out old floor, etc,,,, Always depend on what the customer wants to do in the house. No Matt of that we always give a FAIR PRICE to our customers

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
cheap installations and cheap material always ends up being the most expensive because they do not give you a guarantee, and after a few months you will have to replace or repair it due to its poor quality or poor installation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long it takes to receive the product if it's not in the local warehouse.
Whats the price To move the furnitures.
What cover the waranty? Is there a waranty for the labor?
