Water Buff Outdoor Services is a Texan owned pond maintenance and landscaping company operated by Dominic Bugarin, a graduate from Texas A&M University with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries. Our mission is to tackle the complexities of maintaining a healthy pond for our clients. We take serious pride in keeping water and the critters living in it safe from harms-way. That’s why we’re devoted to carrying out our services without the use of harmful chemicals that other pond and lake management companies may use.
