I have learned the path to a issue free project is the absolute clarification of expectations, time to complete, price and the potential for additional costs, and quality of the parts and pieces so that their are no surprises. This is a requirement and it does allow for my company to stand out from the pack,
I personally, love the ability to take the ideas and drea me of a couple, in the act of adding a major project result to their homestead. The path from ideas and desires to engineering and design, to negotiating a reasonable price, then signing that agreement, setting me loose, to acquire permits and command logistics of required materials, communicate desired outcome with the installers and skilled labor, all like a conductor leading the process to creshendo.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins by setting an appointment for our representative to meet with the buyers, walk the property, look at the utility locations, shoot elevations, then get buyers project desires and expectations, finally generating a working 'to scale'' working plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several experienced skilled workers, performing Swimming pool installations, Spa install and repairs, Carpenters, Masons and Concrete form, pour andsteal technicians.

Prices have recently become very volatile, and mov they have climbed steeply up, so we will work to engineer, plan and execute quality in all phases of the project.
