What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For general pest service a quote can be made by phone. Rodent exclusion, termite, bedbug or mosquito services require a personalized inspection of property to determine the extent and properly ID the pest. Then we schedule service promptly once client has been fully explained details of the service
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Associate Certified Entomologist with over 25 years in the industry. Residential, commercial, termite, mosquito, bedbugs. Several hours of continuing education received. Also teaching pest classes every year to employees and others
