About
Thanks to Homeguide for customers since 2018. To answer the question, customization. I draw out a graph of the home and diagram areas for conducive conditions, with a check list for action items to be done by the homeowner or myself. My recommendations WILL reduce and lower pest activity. Spend 5 minutes on the phone with me and I'll share the 3 best things a homeowner can do to protect their home, all of which you can do yourself for $0.00. If you're contacting me about a specific problem, a pic or specimen is often helpful, and a short phone conversation is recommended before I book an appt. In fact, sometimes a homeowner may be able to do a thing or 2 in advance to get the most value from my time and services.
Experience......over 5,000 residential applications and nearly as many termite inspections.
Every product I use is pet friendly.
References....are available....perhaps you may become one!
Network.....I made several good connections over the years and am glad to refer if their skills are best for a customer. Pick my brain if you wish.
I like connecting with people and finding out the true nature of the problem, then bring the pieces together to solve it. I like sharing knowledge and equipping people to do things themselves. Of course for those who want turn key service it's certainly available

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to respond to requests promptly. In every case I am as thorough as possible. Some customers like a high degree of interaction, others just want the job done, and several leave their gate key for me after we've been working together for a while. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to accompany me during inspection and ask all the questions they want. I want to know if a customer has any house pets. Most helpful is a brief conversation and a small handful of questions, so I can really zero in on what the issue is, and come fully prepared to treat it. Photos and specimens are always welcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal training, licensing, and continuing education when formerly employed with 2 of the largest pest control companies in the metroplex
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Quarterly services begin with an expanded service the first time for $149 and the following quarters are $99 for most residences. Customers that live in brick homes almost always have weepholes in the lowest course of bricks that allow the house to 'breathe' and of course, pests and even small reptiles can get in these weepholes and eventually into the home. I use a copper mesh cloth to stuff the holes and still the air can pass thru, but the bugs and reptiles cannot. This one-time treatment never stops working and is what I've done on my own homes. Pricing is based on the footprint of the home in terms of linear feet.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mainly residential, and some light commercial
