What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I am able to make a determination of the job requirements over the phone, and upon arrival at the customer's home I can make an estimate and start right away on most small jobs and repairs. Larger jobs such as a complete kitchen remodel or room addition takes a few days for planning, pricing for estimates, permits where applicable, and acquiring the materials.
