FIRST I EXPLAIN HOW LONG I HAVE BEEN THE BUSINESS SO THEY KNOW MY BUSINESS THEN I TELL THEM HOW AND WHY I DO WHAT I DO SO THEY ARE KNOWLEDGABLE OF WHAT THERE SERVICE IS. I TRY TO COMFORT THEM IN A WAY THAT THEY WILL NOT JUST USE ME BUT STAY WITH ME LONG TERM.

I WHENT THOUGH EXTENSIVE TRAINING THEN THE REST IS 25 YEARS OF SERVICING CUSTOMERS.

I DO HAVE STANDARD PRICING DEPENDING ON SIZE OF HOUSE AND IT DOES NOT CHANGE FROM ONE ZIP CODE TO THE NEXT.
How did you get started in this business?
I WAS WORKING AT A GAS STAION AND A GENERAL MANAGER FROM A LOCAL PEST CONTROL COMPANY ASKED ME TO COME WORK FOR HIM AND I HAVE BEEN DOING IT EVER SINCE.

ALL KINDS FORM EVERY DIFFERANT NATION.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
a customer needed me to come out to pull a snake from her garage when. I first call they said they already had someone I said ok. Then they called me back and asked what I would charge and I told them they said ok come out . I came out got the snake she was so excited I got the 5 ft rat snake out she started to cry. I asked what the other company was going to charge they said $600 i said that was crazy they were going to use there fears to charge a crazy amount and that made me feel good that I could help them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
to make sure they are they are a licensed pest control operator and check there reviews also to make sure that they are not over priced.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
what problems they are having,how bad is it, if they spend a lot at Home Depot would it equal a pro they mind end up spending at the end of the day,
